Why we built it.
LiftyUP is a software development studio. We build custom products for companies that want to give people their time back. At some point we asked ourselves: if what we do works, why not apply it to ourselves? House Vertical is the answer. It's a vertical product we built in-house, starting from a pattern we'd already seen across several projects: real estate professionals lose hours collecting data fragmented across the Land Registry, Mortgage Registry, and OMI. Public, official data, but scattered. We unified the process. One address, one click, one PDF ready in 24 hours.
