Upload a document. We'll tell you what it is and whether the figures add up.

It recognises the document type on its own, extracts the data and checks the reconciliation row by row. When something doesn't add up it says so rather than glossing over it: it's the same check that, in the full service, sends a document to human review.

Don't want to upload a client's document? Try one of these, they're made up:

The document stays on your computer: it is read here in the browser and only one page at a time reaches the server, for as long as it takes to process it. No file is stored, no content is kept and nothing is used to train models. All that remains, if you choose to leave it, is your email address and the type of document you tried.

Foreign invoice: TD17, TD18 or TD19?

Which document you have to issue does not depend on the amount, but on what you bought and where it came from. The demo reads the invoice, looks at the supplier's country and the nature of the transaction, and tells you which of the three applies — together with the reasoning, so you can check it instead of trusting it.

TD17

Services purchased from abroad

Services received from a non-resident supplier. If the supplier is in the EU you integrate their invoice; if they are outside the EU you issue a self-billed invoice. This is the most frequent case: software, consulting, cloud subscriptions.
TD18

Intra-EU purchase of goods

Goods that physically arrive from another European Union country. You integrate the EU supplier's invoice.
TD19

Goods already in Italy

Goods bought from a non-resident supplier but already located in Italian territory (art. 17, paragraph 2, Presidential Decree 633/72).

The demo stops at the document type and the reason for it. In the full service the same step ends up in the import format of the software you already use, with nobody retyping it.

PDF bank statement: do the figures add up?

A PDF bank statement cannot be imported anywhere: it has to be read and retyped. The demo reads it — scans included — and checks the figures before showing you a single transaction.

  • Opening balance plus the sum of the transactions must equal the closing balance printed on the document. If it doesn't, the green tick does not appear.
  • Where the document prints a running balance, every row verifies itself: the error is no longer "140 euro missing", it is "row 7 is wrong".
  • Every extracted amount is searched for in the document text: a number that appears nowhere in the PDF is flagged, not displayed.
  • The transactions download as CSV, which Excel opens with no conversion.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between TD17, TD18 and TD19?

TD17 covers services bought from a foreign supplier; TD18 goods arriving from another European Union country; TD19 goods bought from a non-resident supplier but already present in Italy. The distinction lies in what was purchased and where it was located, not in the amount.

Is the demo free?

Yes. The first document requires nothing. From the second one we ask for an email, because every processed document has a real cost.

Are the documents I upload stored?

No. The PDF opens in your browser and the server receives one page at a time, for as long as it takes to read it. No file is kept and no content is used to train models.

Does it work with scanned bank statements?

Yes. When the PDF has no text layer the page is read as an image. It is the case we measured most, because in practice it is the one that turns up most often.

Can I import the result into my accounting software?

The demo produces a generic CSV. The import format of the software you use — Lynfa, Ago, Profis or another — is the part we build to measure in the full service.
