In the cases we've seen, a well-calibrated system reaches 80-95% of documents processed without human review, and for the remaining 5-20%, review time drops from 90 to 10-15 seconds. We don't promise "zero manual work". We promise time freed up for work that matters.

• How much does a document extraction system cost?

  There is no price list: we build a custom automation on your own documents, and it starts with a pilot on one document type. The price depends on volumes, on how many different formats you handle and on the integrations with your management software. We discuss it in a call, after looking at some real documents.

• Does it work if every supplier sends a different format?

  Yes, and that is why we don't use fixed templates. The model reads the document the way a person would, so an invoice with a new layout doesn't break the system. We calibrate on your real documents, not on demo samples.

• What happens when it extracts the wrong value?

  Validation rules stop the document before it reaches your management software, and whoever reviews it sees the uncertain field next to the original document. Every correction is tracked, so you know where the system struggles and what is worth fixing.

• Do my documents stay mine? Do you use them to train models?

  The documents stay yours and are never used to train third-party models. The system runs on your cloud or on ours, your call, and the data stays where we agree. Invoices and contracts are sensitive material: the boundary goes in the contract.

• Does it connect to my management software even without APIs?

  Usually, yes. If there are APIs we use them, otherwise we go through file imports, database writes or whatever route your vendor supports. It's one of the first things we check, before promising you anything.

• My management software already imports electronic invoices on its own. What is this for?

  For everything that doesn't go through SDI: PDF bank statements, foreign invoices, delivery notes, contracts, certified-email attachments. Italian electronic invoices already book themselves, and anyone offering to redo that is wasting your time. We work on the rest.
