Implementation rule

• Data processing activities are subdivided in accounting data processing and other data processing.
• Included within ATECO code 63.10.2 (Data processing), and consequently within ATECO codes 63.10.21 (Accounting data processing) and 63.10.29 (Other data processing), are the activities of data processing centres, which must be limited to the activities listed above, e.g. data processing services (processing with mathematical value of a mechanical and executive nature), provision of data entry services, generation of specialised reports without any intervention of an evaluative, discretionary and interpretative nature.
